I'm a very intelligent person I just have trouble applying myself and I have a wide base of useless information kind of a jack of all trades I like to dabble in different things if they seem interesting enough. When I have free time, I am either very active or taking a luxurious nap. Well, where to start? I'm on here because I am extremely bored right now. I quit going out to the bars a few months ago because it was the same thing every other weekend. It was either too crowded to have a conversation, or the girls were too much like bar flies.

I can be a little shy when you first meet me. But once you get to know me you will find out that I am a pretty fun guy to hang out with. Ok, I'm REALLY not that cocky. I do think I know a lot about myself and what I excel at. So, after that little disclaimer, proceed ahead.

Making people laugh is probably my favorite thing in the world, and I tend to be excellent at it with most people. I also don't do any drugs, including alcohol and caffeine (not that I don't have awesome alcohol and caffeine abusing pals!) I usually describe myself as being straight edge except I'm a jerk about it.
I can carry on a conversation about just about anything. I may take things in bizarre directions, but if you think you can handle it try me out!

Watching movies, going on long walks/hikes, exploring new places, messing up the kitchen, coloring, being dorky, random acts of senseless violence, and laying around talking about anything. These are some of the things I enjoy and engage in frequently.

I really would say I am picky about the girls I date. Doesn't mean friendship isn't cool though! And if things click, who knows!? It really would be cool meeting more cool cats to hang out with, especially if booze isn't your idea of fun.

I am willing to give new things a try. My interests are varied and adding something new to my list is always fun. Outdoors I like to play badminton, tennis, and volleyball. I am a strong swimmer, and enjoy tubing or an occasional fishing trip. Indoors I like movies, card games, board games, video games, or a good book depending on the company. I like being a big brother to my sister and brother, whenever they need me. I am very close to my family, and I like spending time with them.

I moved to Wisconsin last winter and I'm still discovering all of the fun things to do in the state. Although I am originally from the midwest, I've been fortunate enough to live, work and travel all over the world. I believe that life is made up of experiences as well as challenges and I continually seek out those experiences that will challenge me and hopefully teach me something about myself or the world around me. Thoreau once wrote that "most men lead a life of quiet desperation" and I don't want to look back at my life and regret not living it to the fullest.

I've been divorced for 4 years and I've dated some great women since being divorced but I've yet to meet that special someone (obviously). I do have custody of my son and it should go without saying that he is my number one priority.
